We have had the ABS and one speed sensor replaced under extended warranty about 10 months ago. Since then, the ABS & tracs lights have gone on and off a few times but never simultaneously. It usually starts with the ABS light and a few minutes or restarts later, it's the ABS and tracs. The lights go off the same way usually tracs first and later the ABS. Sometimes it's only the ABS light. The one year guarantee to replace is almost up and I hate going in to the dealer only to be told it's the other 3 sensors :(
Should I just up with more $ and have V R repair the module and be done with it? Anyone with alternate thoughts? Thanks
(BTW, when we first took the car in, they charged the warranty company for an ABS but when I looked where the module is, it didn't look clean like a new one had been installed. When we took it in the second time, they charged for a sensor but when I looked again, there was a bright aluminum looking plate in place)
