Fill pipe to gas tank leak 850 1996

If the weld on the fill pipe broke, then report it to the NHTSB and to Volvo headquarters and to the dealer. Not only is it a fire hazard, but the EPA also gets involved!
The tank will probably have to be lowered to fix that kind of mess.
