Use a three pronged puller to get the rotor off. V70-XC70 2000

Rust makes the rotor stick to the hub. Once you release the e-brake the clearance is enough to slide the rotor off, but you must overcome the adhesion to the hub. BTDT. Before putting the new rotor on, clean rust with a brass
wire brush attached to a drill. Apply copper anti-seize to hub to prevent it
from happening again.
