I just bought a 1998 C70 This week and the only thing that did not work on it was the cruise control. After a search in this forum that sugested that the first thing to look for is a broke vacuum line under the batery and $0.40 cents for a hose it works like a champ. Thanks for the help and I am looking forward to being a Volvo owner.
