Can't remove from license plate frame 850

I know this is stupid question but I can not get our front license plate frame off. It acts like the screws are stripped. I even tried to pull and turn at the same time and still no luck.

Anyone know anything about this? Thanks in advance.

it is not a stupid question.it happens.the way the frame is secured in the
bumper is through a plastic piece that snaps into the bumper (hole in the bumper)then the screw screws into it.the piece in your case is turning inside the hole which is not supposed to.i think that you should just pull harder on the frame and it should come out with the snaps. i think you should be able to get new ones from dealer or junck yard or apply some tough glew to the one you
have after taking out the screws and put them back it should prevent them from spinning.good luck
