Got the dreaded ABS light finally, 183,000 on a 1996 850GLT. Had Victor Rocha printout in the glove compartment. Followed his excellent removal instructions, boxed it up, emailed him on a Monday. Had it back in my hands the following Monday and installed per his excellent instructions that afternoon. Paid thru Paypay. His email responses were very quick, conscise, and accurate. Kinda restores one's faith in mankind and ecommerce when you deal with him. A real gem.

He has mine this week too - ours has been failing over several years I now recognize - intermittent cruise, then tracs failing and tracs off light on, then ABS light on. We have 170k miles on the S70 so it sounds like these fail after about 100-150k perhaps?.

did yours throw any codes? I have intermittent abs light and I check and have no codes.

The ABS codes will only show up while the ABS light is on. Or your scanner doesn't work so well.
