low beam electrical connector - yes, they get brittle S60

The pig tail and wiring it self is in great shape. Its the black plastic insulator/connector that was in really bad shape. Called Volvo and they sale the black connector or insulator separately for $5.00

Parts guy said people are in all the time buying these when they replace bulbs. Horrible design.

It is simple to replace. Tear away old insulator from the bulb. Take new insulator and insert wiring. Now insert bulb and install. 10-15 minutes that is it.
