Fuel Pump Line Retainers- 1998 V70 awd Wagon

The Fuel Lines are retained on the Fuel Pump by a 4 Prong Spring Clip & a plastic Retainer. I'm not sure of the proper way to remove line, but assume the key is releasing the Spring Clips. Does anyone have a photo for guidance on how the lines & retainer clips go back together? The only posts I see on this subject just say to pry the Fuel Line off. Also the dealer doesn't sell these parts separately. Anyone know of a source?

Fuel Pump Line Retainers- 1998 V70 awd Wagon

PAPCO sells these quick release connectors. I can get them locally at Canadian Tire, but any CarQuest or NAPA should be able to get them for you too.
