1999 models are solid lifters, if you have drive by wire (no more throttle cable) then you have solid lifters, and VVT (variable valve timing). VVT on the intake if natural asperating, and VVT on the exhaust if turbo. DENSO ECM on the natural asperating, and Motronic 7.0 ECM on the Turbos.
