Just a word of caution - the springs in these cars are so good that they can easily hide completely ruined struts. If you don't know what you're looking for it would be hard to tell that they're bad. I took a set out of my car at ~200k that were completely limp - couldn't even hold themselves up (the rod fell into the shock from it's own weight!) and to honest the car rode about as I expected an old car to ride. New struts were a gigantic change on this car and it's easy for me to tell now that they were bad, but there didn't really seem to be anything wrong with them before I changed them. The squeaking was my only indication...
The bump stops on mine were pretty bad from all the bumping and pounding (from the worn struts) and I wish I had replaced them but I didn't order them because I didn't think I'd need them. I'd order new ones if I were you. Ditto for the rubber cross-shaped washer thing on top, as the rubber and steel can come apart from years and weather.
OEM 2003 XC90 spring mounts are fantastic. Go for it.
You won't need strut mounts/bearings so leave them out.
You will need new strut mount bolts for the bottom of the strut and I'd go for new lock nuts for the mounts as well.
