It's too late today, so on Monday, call a different dealer and ask for parts. Tell them your part number, with the white lable, and ask them what the new/replacement part is supposed to be. Don't say anything bad about the old dealer.

If you have the old/original part, then call 1-800-volvo and ask them what to do about a dealer that went out of business. Do you still have the repair receipt? That would be handy.
