It is supposed to be in the glove box, I wrote mine in the owner's manual in a couple of places. I also wrote it on the top of the radio, just in case...

The 4 digit numbers are 1-6 only, they correspond to the preset keys on the front of the radio. If you do not have the number, a dealer can get you the number if you supply the VIN. Best bet with a dealer is to GO to the parts dept in person and ask, nicely, with VIN in hand.
