Remotes problem V70-XC70 2001

I have my XC 2001 for 3 months - and I am realy frustrated!!!

I received my car without remotes - my dealer tried already 3 times

to program them - no result - car rejects them.

Volvo seams to me does not care about this problem.

Did somebody has something like this?

    Why do you blame Volvo? There has been an established problem with the remotes of SOME S60s, S80s and V70 XCs for MY2001. Ther eis a fix for the problem and that is NEW remotes. Have your Retailer order the NEW, upgraded batch of remotes for you and your problems should stop.
