Re-attach hood RELEASE handle S70

Same thing happened in my 2000 V70 SE. For me, the price + shipping of new part was better than time spent searching the salvage yard.

Removal and installation isn't difficult, the plastic lever snaps into recess in the hood after the small rod and clip is attached to it.
