I can't comment on a price because that depends on the region of the USA that you live in. A Volvo dealer mechanic will probably use OEM parts, but still check on the timing belt replacement miles/date. Most mechanics will not do anything to the interior bits and probably never changed the ATF. This is not an AWD car so the mpg should be pretty good with the 5 cyl LPT. But, ask him if he ever changed out the PCV system or anything in the suspension, like struts.
At 130K, it is time for struts/shocks, PCV, tranny flush, coolant and power steering flush, brake fluid flush, and a few other things.
The 2006 is a good car to own. The tranny problems are gone, most of the electrical problems are gone, the fuel computer has been moved from the top of the fuel tank and put inside the trunk(?).
