as stated before you have a viscous coupling, what this means is that you first have to build up "heat" in said viscous coupling before it ever transfers power to the rear wheels, and said heat is produced from a difference in speed between the front wheels and the rear wheels. we are talking more then 2 seconds of continuous slipping before enough heat makes it possible for the rear wheels to get any power. so if you state that the real wheels dont spin, given that all works they wont spin until you've kept your foot on the gas and sat there spinning for a few seconds.
