which coolant brand? S70 1998

I have a 98 S70 with 98K miles. Last year I changed the coolant with regular peak antifreeze. I read somewhere that I should be using some sort of phosphate free coolant. Am I doing damage with peak? what should be in there and why?

How do I get to where I should be with coolant now?

From my homework on the BB I learned you can use
either Prestone Extended or Peak Extended Life or
Peak Sierra[animal friendly] as they are
all phosphate free. I think the regular stuff
contains phosphates. Maybe the BB professionals
can confirm and add to my advice.
