which coolant brand? S70 1998

I have a 98 S70 with 98K miles. Last year I changed the coolant with regular peak antifreeze. I read somewhere that I should be using some sort of phosphate free coolant. Am I doing damage with peak? what should be in there and why?

How do I get to where I should be with coolant now?
