Seat Warmer V70-XC70 1998

Driver's Seat Warmer decided not to work this morning. Passenger side works fine.
Would this just be another electrical 'glitch' like the door locks, speakers and power windows? I assume that the fuse is the same for both seats.
Anybody have any luck complaining to Volvo about these annoying electrical problems?

Thanks.

Checj all the wireing undr the seat. I dont remember what color the wire in question is(it could be yellow) but it has a tendency to come out of the connector. Look at where the wires attach to the T-stat in the seat cushion....its stuck up in a hole....so feel around a bit til you find it.

More likely I'd guess it's the heater element. The wires are fragile, sometimes broken by kneeling on the seat. Sorry :(

Electrical poltergeists are a Volvo tradition. (In fact, they're a SAAB tradition, too.)

we had this problem on our 98 X-C. As with many of the cars electrical gremlins, it was merely the switch that was bad.
