Seat Warmer V70-XC70 1998

Driver's Seat Warmer decided not to work this morning. Passenger side works fine.
Would this just be another electrical 'glitch' like the door locks, speakers and power windows? I assume that the fuse is the same for both seats.
Anybody have any luck complaining to Volvo about these annoying electrical problems?
