Wheel Size and Offset S70

I'm trying to find out if I can put 205/55x16 on 16x7 rims with a 20mm offset. I wanæ to have more of a "dish" look than the usual fwd look. My car is an 2000 S70 SE with the stock suspension. Has anybody tried a similar setup?

    With a 7 inch width, I think that stock is 43mm, and if you go aftermarket 40-45 would be tolerable. But 20?? That might be asking for some suspension and tire wear problems? And you'll have to see if the wheel would clear your calipers. Good luck!
