anyone have any tips for getting the cover off so i can look and see what i need to do. the door wont lock manually or with the auto lock. the nob is very hard to move up and down also.
thanks for any help.

thanks for the great info. i printed it all out and will attempt it tomorrow. gotta say that i'm a little intimidated by the repl!
