Hi I have sent a reply to your message on Jan. 8 2004.

I believe the small weep hole at the bottom of your intercooler is a drain for condensate but it also drains any oil that bypasses your turbo oil seals (normal) and leaks on your driveway. Volvo has a fix (nipple) that will prevent oil leaking on your driveway but this will not fix the water laden oily mess that freezes inside the intercooler.
