850 wagon rear spoiler 850

I just purchased an aftermarket rear spoiler for my '97 850 wagon. It didn't come with any mounting hardware per se, only two recessed bolts on either side. Has anyone had any experience mounting one of these? It looks as if it mounts into the top of the tail light. I've gotten estimates ranging from $35 to $125 for installation. I'd like to know if I'm missing a mounting kit.

The cheap way to mount these now is to use sticky adhesive pads.
Mine was originally fitted this way, and fell off!

The better way is to buy a spoiler bracket mounting kit from Volvo...the spoiler bolts onto the bracket which is bolted to the inside top of the tailgate.
