850 wagon rear spoiler 850

I just purchased an aftermarket rear spoiler for my '97 850 wagon. It didn't come with any mounting hardware per se, only two recessed bolts on either side. Has anyone had any experience mounting one of these? It looks as if it mounts into the top of the tail light. I've gotten estimates ranging from $35 to $125 for installation. I'd like to know if I'm missing a mounting kit.
