Buzz/vibration whne starting the car S70 1999

Greetings all. I have a 99 T5M with about 67k. When I start the engine, there is a 1 secong buzz/vibration coming from the climate control area/center dash. It sounds like a cell phone that is on vibrate. It does not happen when I turn the key to position one or position two. It happens at the engine is cranking. Any thoughts? Thanks.

    there is a cabin temp sensor in that area, that has a little fan. Common for these to fail, and to make noise when failing.

    There is also one on each side of the cabin above the door, inside the plastic door handle.
