Can someone tell me what is involved with replacing a 1998 V70 headlamp assembly? I see there are three bolts holding the unit to the car but I don't know what to expect with the level and the gear (for the beam adjustment?) above the assembly. Anyone who's done this before I greatly appreciate the info.

gzulli,

The alignment mechanism is internal to the assembly, so the only reason you should have to touch it is if the beam is not aimed correctly. Other than the tight spaces for nut removal, the process is straightforward.
