wiring before fuel pump relay 850 1994

I have a problem with my fuel pump relay of my 850 GLT 20v from 1994. I think that the problem is between the fuse of the fuel pump and the relay of the fuel pump. The connection 87 and 15 are the connection for the pump, the 31 is the - so I thought that the 31b must be the +. So with the contact on II, there's no electr. on the 31b! Is there a sensor between the fuse and the relay? Can someone help me out with this problem, with some information or wiring diagram.
