V50 door opening without damaging V50

Its the 2nd time in one month that somebody opens my girlfriends door and steal everything inside without damaging the door or lock.
Does anybody had the some problem? Is it possible to open with an universal remote control or some kind of instrument?

This may be a long shot and not like your issue, but: For whatever reason, on both my V70 and V50, every now and then I can lock the doors with the remote and then find out that one of the door locks pops back up about 2 or 3 seconds after they all went down. It is sort of like some error - so what I am getting at - is it possible you/ she locked the doors, one popped back up - someone got in (but not broke in)? Just and idea, thinking of the many time I have come back to my car to think "crap, I am glad no one stole my stuff."
