how to remove door panel rear door 400 1996

Can someone, please, explain to me how to remove the interior door panel of a volvo 440? (There are many topics about this but not for the 440. )
I can not locate any screws. Do I need special tools for this?

A flat screwdriver is all you need, first take out the handles then the door panels, you have to feel your way through the clip, then you can take them off, also go to volvo owners club and post further questions there, they are great......
