Noise from Reasr Brake V70-XC70 1998

Hello,

Rear Brake makes noise at low speed 10 mph (brake NOT applied) like going inside garage. Noise disappears when brake is applied.
Rear Brake PADS were replaced a year ago.
Questions:
1. Has anyone had this problem before?
2. Is this symptom of a caliper seizing up?

Next time you pull into the garage, check the rims for heat. If it is very hot, you may have a sticking piston. If not, you may have a failure with the parking brake shoes. Try applying the parking brake at low speed (<10mph) and see if they work or the noise goes away.

Rotor(s) has/have got to be warped or you have sticking caliper(s) for this to happen.
