controll arm bushings 850 1994

I have worn controll arm bushings. I have changed plenty of bushings on my 200 series volvos,but have yet to do the 850,FCP offers a new controll arm w/ new bushings and a new ball joint for $75.00,just the bushings and the ball joint w/o the arm would cost me $35.00,So it seems make sense to purchase the complete arm,unless someone here tells me that it is quite easy to swap out those bushings without the use of a press. any thoughts?
