I have encountered a code 232 and figure its a vacuum leak issue. I have purchased several replacement rubber elbows from the dealer. However, when I go to replace the older elbors the newer elbows have significantly larger holes, such that the seal is not air tight. I also notices that the older elbows seemed to be "glued" on. Question: Do I really use some kind of glue or do I have the wrong elbows?
Secondary question. Getting to the elbow behind the water pump, on the passenger side of the intake manifold, looks like a pain in the $ss. Other than taking off the water pump, which is a bigger pain, what is another alternative, any suggestions?
