Vaccum leak, Check Engine Light , code - 232 850

Code 2-3-2 is "longterm fuel mixture too weak at idle." Could be a loose gas cap or the gasket in the cap has gone bad, not holding a seal. Of course, changing your elbows won't hurt. Have you checked Bay13? They have diagrams of the elbows. http://www.volvospeed.com/Repair/RubberElbows.php
