ABS tough question 850 1996

Hi,

My ABS has failed and has caused the speedometer to intermittently fail too. Please don't tell me to send my ABS to Vitor, I'm far from US.
Strange, for the past week, the ABS mil is off, and it's not because of dead bulb. BUt still the speedometer fails when the brake pedal pressed too long.
Since letting Vitor fix the ABS is out of question, I wonder if anyone knows how to bypass the ABS so the speedometer can function normally???
