key stuck in the ignition! 850 1995

i keep blowing fuse 15,(for keyless entry, and several lights. kept popping even 30amp fuses, so i assume i have a bad ground or a short some where but i have no idea how to find it. i think the car must be unlocked with key less entry to turn key to off position, because it is stuck between the 0 and 1. any thoughts?TJ
