Need some help getting my car running back to normal. Have dealer repair list. Need Help Please. 850 1994

1994 Volvo 850 Sedan (Non-Turbo)
Ok. I have posted on here a few times and always got good results. My car is running very poorly and I kind of gave up and bought it to the dealer. I have worked on cars, and have worked on this a little bit. So I have knowledge of car repairs. So to make a long story short, my car is running like crap and I want to get this thing back to running normal. The repairs on the list that I have are quite alarming. Minus the suspension, brakes, a/c, and body work, I'm am looking to get this running and working correctly. I need some help getting this car running and i'm looking to buy parts online to do the work myself. I have just replaced the distributor, rotor, spark plug wires, spark plugs, camshaft position sensor, air filter. So the car is running but it seems to run very sluggish and poorly. I need help on knowing what parts to buy and getting this back to normal. Timing stuff I would think is a major problem to the car running poorly i'm sure. I'm wondering where this Air Induction Hose is located, and where to buy it. Does the crack in a radiator, or the Air Induction Hose have anything to do with my A/C not working?
Any help on this would be glady appreciated. I posted a picture of the repair list for anyone to look at. Thanks, Carl
