Yikes! ... is an understatement! 850 1994

Let's break this down and try to make some sense out of all this:

The Timing Belt and pulleys are not making your engine run like crap! Maybe, just maybe, the timing belt has loosened and skipped a tooth -- so just change the belt, but it's not an $800 repair for this; and there's no reason that you need new pulleys, as they should last the life of the engine. The only things needing periodic replacement are the timing belt and tensioner.

You didn't give us any reason that your ABS module ($1,100) needs replacement -- what's wrong with the brakes (symptoms)?

I can't imagine that it costs $800 for a new radiator! You can certainly get it elsewhere much cheaper -- and it shouldn't affect your A/C and the way the car is running poorly in the meantime.

A lot of the aforementioned stuff seems like the dealer is padding the work -- or maybe your car has really been badly neglected (by a previous owner?) and needs to be brought up to a current level of service/maintenance. What's the car's history?

What's wrong with the spring seats and front struts? What's happened to your right front lower control arm -- they should last the life of the car, too (unless you were in a crash, which would explain the other stuff such as front struts, as well as the fender moldings, too). If your car has been in a crash, that's a different story -- you should tell us that.

And why, with the other repairs pending, are you buying a rear spoiler (useless) kit?
