Low boost 850

It feels like I'm constantly towing a boat! I've replaced the PCV system recently and it made no difference, actually it seems like it even made it worse! Even if I floor it I get maybe a quarter into the white. What in the world can be wrong?!? I feel like I've checked every vacuum line there is. I'm about to replace the turbo piping but I'm reluctant to just keep throwing money at the problem. The car does have 170K miles, so what else related can go wrong at that mileage? I currently have a check engine with a code 143, which is faulty knock sensor. It’s annoying because I just replaced both knock sensors while replacing the PCV system. I went from occasionally getting a knock sensor code to immediately getting it all the time, even after clearing it (front code all the time, never back). Could a vacuum leak cause a knock sensor code, and a consistent only front one at that? I’ve replaced the distributor and distributor rotor as well. The wires have about 80K miles on them but when I inspected them they still looked really good, no major abrasions and they weren’t even brittle.

Any suggestions would REALLY be appreciated; I REALLY want my acceleration back!!
