Timing belt replacement S60 2001

I have been performing the various steps of a 96000km/60,000 mile service. The car's in-service date was June 2001, but it was built in November 2000 (as I recall).

As I was replacing the spark plugs, I noticed very fine cracking on the top surface of the timing belt. Combined with suggestions that I've seen that recommend replacing after 5 years, I think I need to change it before I put the new serpentine belt on.

The big question; do I just do the t-belt, or the tensioner as well? Also, is there anything different about replacing this belt relative to the 850s? Do I need a special tool, etc.? I can't find instructions specific to this car.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Albert.
