This weekend I was going down the interstate
and the car started mis firing. Slowed down
and it got better, pulled over and looked
under the hood - serious oil leak on the
driver's side of the motor. The intake cam
seal failed and oil got into the distributor
cap - see pics at below link.

Anyway I am looking at replacing the rear camshaft
seals on both the intake and exhaust cams. Exhaust
cam has a slow leak. Is there anything special I need
to look out for? It appears pretty straight forward.
I really need to get a book for this car, so far I have
been able to use bay 13 to get me through a timing
belt, lots of suspension stuff, wheel bearings and more.
I can't seem to find this one on the web though...
I recently overhauled the PCV system in this car,
because it was suffering from excessive
pressure. I wonder if the absence of the pressure
it was used to caused the seal to go?
