1999 V70 AWD 120000 miles

Just finished changing out Heater Core, Rad, Rear Brakes, Front Struts, Mounts and Spring Seats + New Tires and 4 Wheel alignment. Took some time but saved a lot in labor. Very happy with the results. My question is that I noticed that my factory alarm system is not working. The little red light on the dash stopped flashing. Where do I start to diagnose the problem?
