water in engine 850 1994

Okay, I did something really stupid. I washed my engine at the car wash, being careful (I thought) not to hit the distributor. So, when I finished the car would not start. I waited about 30 mintes and was able to start the car and drive 2 miles before it missed a few times and went dead again.

So I changed the plugs which were fouled out and tried to dry out the distributor, (the car still would not start) then I noticed that the air intake hose had a hole in the bend where some water had entered. The oil does not look milky, but I am assuming that there is some water in the oil.

My question is am I totally screwed or do you think that I can drain and fill the oil a couple of times and dry everything out and be okay?
