Tire Recommendations - also is anyone using 195/65/15 tires? 850

Perhaps a little too optimistic, but as I break out my summer tires in preparation for warmer weather I've decided to buy a new set. Upon taking a look at what was available I was surprised to see 195/65/15 tires for $17 less than the stock 195/60/15 tires. I know that the larger tires will affect the speedometer, but does anyone know how badly? Any other issues I should be concerned about?

Also, I've always run Michelins, but my v40 had Coopers and I honestly feel as though they ride better. Does anyone have any good tires they would recommend? Any they would suggest I steer clear of?
