Fresh air vent won't close 850

Hey Guys:

My 97 850's fresh air vent won't close and I can hear the flapper closing and opening when I push the dash button to close it. If I leave the button pushed in to close it the flapper will continue to flap closed and then open over and over and over until I push the button to leave it open. I know it's a vacuum line somewhere that is either broken or loose but I don't know where it would be located. Any help would be appreciated.
