Whistle noise from a/c C70 2000

I'm getting a whistle noise from my a/c. It happens after i start the car. I'll hear it while driving and after i turn the car off, i get the sound for several seconds.
I did a search....Somebody said that the noise can be caused by a pin hole in the orifice tube in the a/c system.
Has anybody else had this anoying problem and what is the cost to repair ?
