This is NOT the ECC system, but the manual.
If I run the blower on high for any length of tine the blower will stay on high, regardless of where the fan speed switch is set, and it runs on high even if you shut the car off. Pulling fuse 5 is a quick way to stop it, but of course if you plug #5 back in, it comes back on. After a few days, you can put the fuse in, and it's OK. I suspect the high speed relay is sticking, but am not sure if it is the relay behind the glove box, or the one under the cover of the fuse box.
As it is, with speed 1, 2, nd 3 not functioning (see my other post) and 4 unreliable, I have no cool air, and it's 94 degrees today. Help is greatly appreciated!
