My son's '95 850 Non-Turbo is giving me fits now!! I'm sure you have seen my postings in the past couple of weeks with the PCV system. Anyway, I followed everyone's advice and replaced the oil seperator and some associated hoses. I just spent the last four hrs. replacing it and the old one appeared fairly new-from the previous owner I assume. I perservered and checked all of the hose and connections for not be being blocked-they all appeared clear, especially the hoses going into the block and head. I got it all back together and the PCV system is still being pressurized. I cracked the oil filler cap and it whooshes when opened. I have a Baggie tie wrapped around the oil dip-stick an it blows up like a balloon still!!! Am I looking at some serious blowby from worn rings? It has 189,000 miles on it but it runs real strong other than the oil leakage around the oil filler and oil dipstick and is in real good shape!! I never had this kind of issue with my '96 855 Turbo which has 293,000 miles. If anyone can help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated. I want to get this resolved before I have a problem with the main seals...
Thanks in advance....
