Timing Belt on 99 V70 Question V70-XC70

I have a 99 V70. Timing belt was replaced at 60K I think or at least the serpentine belt. Manual says belts changed at 60 and 105. Mechanic says all the belts, etc., need to be changed at 105K per the manual. I am at 110K.

Based on the archives, this is something that needs to be done, on time?????????
