98 V70 NA Vacuum hoses V70-XC70 1998

Little by little, thanks to all of you, I get things nailed down. On the side of the lid of the air filter box, there are 2 vacuum lines. The one on top is dangling and I can't find out where it would connect. The one below it is connected. I have a CEL that reports a P0455 code. I have replaced the gas cap and reset the light and it comes back 2 days later. Might this other vacuum leak cause the CEL, or do I have separate problems? Next major problem...PCV service...AHHHHH! This is a non turbo car...
